Experience: One (1) plus years of office administration support

Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support company recruitment efforts
  • Prepare interview rooms with technology set-up, resumes & Strengths information
  • Conduct interview follow-up (i.e.- Strengths, declination response, entering candidate info in database)
  • Update and maintain job descriptions
  • Support with planning college recruitment trips and Pogue College Recruitment Day
  • Support with administrative onboarding tasks (i.e.- sharing pre-employment paperwork, coordinating drug/background screening, creating and sending onboarding checklist & First Day Agenda, building welcome gift)
  • Administratively organize and schedule in house training
  • Facilitate team and company-wide surveys
  • Research and coordinate community service opportunities for Pogue Team Members
  • Oversee EmpathiHR troubleshooting & support
  • Support Managers & Department Leads by crafting compliance documents (Employee Warning Notice, PIP, Separation Notice).
  • Review and update Pogue Company Handbook
  • Oversee Clear Company troubleshooting & support
  • Gather information monthly for the Pogue Press Newsletter
