With nearly three decades of experience in commercial construction, Ike Spiker brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to every project he leads. His 29-year career spans multiple sectors, including K-12 education, healthcare, retail, office interiors, and financial institutions, with project experience across Texas, California, Oregon, and Connecticut. Over the past 11 years, he has developed a strong focus in the K-12 market, delivering projects that support student success and community growth.
 
At Pogue Construction, where he has served for three years, Ike has played a key role in impactful projects such as Waller ISD Priority One Capital Improvements and Onalaska High School. His background in Architectural Technology, combined with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, gives him a unique ability to balance technical expertise with thoughtful communication and leadership.
 
Originally from Houston, Texas, Ike now resides in Pearland with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and studying patristic theology, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning and personal growth.
