Joe Miller is from Geneva, IL, and has an extensive educational background with degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Business and Colorado Technical College in Logistics Engineering. He currently resides in Farmersville, TX, and has been a valuable member of the Pogue Construction team for 10 years, contributing to major projects such as the Midlothian Bond Package, which includes Middle School #3, an Elementary School replacement, the Baseball/Softball Complex, and the Roesler Sports Complex at MHS, as well as the McKinney Municipal Complex. Joe has notable previous experience working at the Old #7 Club at the American Airlines Center and the Kimbal Art Museum. He is happily married to his wife, Mary, for 45 years and is the proud father of two sons and two daughters-in-law, along with four grandchildren. Joe and his wife share his home with two dogs, Lucy and Bandy. In his free time, he enjoys attending his grandchildren’s activities, woodworking when time allows, and taking care of his small farm. The Millers are also actively involved in their community.
