Kadee Coffman Blair serves as Vice President of Strategic Relations at Pogue Construction, where she leads with a deep commitment to people, partnership, and purpose. Known for her ability to build authentic relationships, Kadee connects clients, communities, and teammates through trust and collaboration. In her role, she focuses on growing Pogue’s presence across Texas, strengthening relationships with school districts, municipalities, and industry partners, advancing the company’s mission to be the most people-focused community builder. Her energy, communication style, and heart for service make her a natural fit to lead Pogue’s strategic relations efforts.
Before joining Pogue, Kadee built a successful career in the K-12 construction industry, developing key relationships, strategies, and outreach efforts that connected clients with trusted builders. Alongside her industry work, she has built a long-standing career in television, serving as a national TV host and sideline reporter for networks including FOX, CBS Sports, and NBC Sports Network. Kadee has moderated and emceed national events and interviewed public figures earning a reputation as an engaging communicator and respected storyteller.
A recognized community leader, Kadee was named the 2024 Fort Worth Chamber Young Professional of the Year, a Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 honoree, and an A4LE 20 Under 40 recipient. She currently serves on the boards of several nonprofit and education organizations, including the Alliance for Children of Tarrant County, Fort Worth Forum, For the Fort Advisory Board, and the Northwest ISD Education Foundation.
A native of California, Kadee is 5th generation to her family’s cattle ranch and remains actively involved in the western and rodeo communities, where she has served as a sideline reporter for the National Finals Rodeo. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism with a concentration in Political Science from San Jose State University, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar.
Kadee and her husband, Elliott, live in Fort Worth with their two sons, where they enjoy being active in their community and spending time outdoors together.
