City of Plano Davis Library Expansion & Renovation
The facility is a 30,000 SF facility located at 7501 Independence Pkwy built in 1997 and is co-located with the City of Plano’s Joint Use Facility
The project includes expanded meeting room and renovations to public restrooms, expansion for additional group study/collaborative study rooms, a quiet reading room for research, study and reading, an exhibit area and an expansion to the Children's area. It may include interior demolition, structural repairs to the foundation slab; and will consist of interior walls, plumbing, ADA compliance, low voltage and network cabling. External work may include sidewalk, landscape and irrigation, and more.
