Renovations to the old Community High School, for the purpose of use for the Leland Edge Middle School. Includes additions and renovations to existing steel frame multi story facility. Work includes sitework, foundations, structure, building envelope, mep systems, light gauge partitions, finishes, sound reinforcement systems, food system equipment.
