A proud native of Flower Mound and a graduate of Texas Tech University, Brandon brings over a decade of experience with Pogue Construction and a strong understanding of the firm’s core markets. Known for his people-first leadership style, he aligns early planning with disciplined execution—helping set each project up for long-term success. Brandon remains actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, supporting pursuits, guiding teams, and fostering strong relationships across the communities Pogue serves. He is committed to mentoring team members and building a collaborative, high-performing culture rooted in trust and accountability. Brandon resides in Melissa, Texas, with his wife, Robyn, their three children, and their dog. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
