Dax Rutherford is originally from Parker, TX, and is a proud alum of Texas A&M University. With over 25 years of experience in safety across mining, heavy civil, and commercial construction, Dax has become a well-respected expert in his field. He currently works in McKinney, TX, where he has spent the last seven years on the Safety Team at Pogue Construction. His professional qualifications include certifications as a Safety, Health, and Environmental Professional (SHEP) and a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) for both General Industry and Construction. Dax is happily married to Lindsay, and they have two children: a daughter named Tyler and a son named Colby. The family shares their home with two Weimaraners, Daisy and Sadie. When not at work, Dax cherishes time with his family and pursues his passion for hunting.
