Lisa Mills moved to the area at the age of five and has been a proud Texan ever since. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and joined Pogue Construction in 2019, where she has held a variety of roles supporting both operations and leadership. In her current role, Lisa leads business intelligence initiatives, supporting the development and implementation of company-wide dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across departments. Additionally, Lisa plays a key role in software integrations and system implementations, helping to align technology with business goals. Lisa is married and the proud parent of five boys and two grandsons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, trying diverse cuisines, loving on her Golden Retriever, and being outdoors whenever possible.
