Luke Tyler serves as Vice President of Houston for Pogue Construction, where he leads operations, project delivery, and strategic growth initiatives across the region. In this role, he is focused on strengthening client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that reflect Pogue’s commitment to excellence.
With more than 22 years of construction experience, Luke brings a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through final completion. His expertise spans multiple market sectors, allowing him to guide teams with a strategic perspective while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accountability, and client service. Known for his collaborative leadership style and steady approach, Luke works closely with owners, architects, and project partners to align goals, manage complexity, and deliver exceptional results.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for fostering trusted partnerships, mentoring strong teams, and creating environments where projects—and people—can thrive.
Based in the Houston area, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Scarlett, and their daughters, as well as staying actively involved in his local community.
