At home, Mike and his wife of 10 years, Kristen—whom he met during new hire orientation in 2007—are proud parents to their energetic 6-year-old daughter, Ella. The Ortiz family shares a love for staying active, whether it’s running with Dad, basketball, or gymnastics. They are members of Creekwood United Methodist Church in Allen and enjoy volunteering together through programs like Open Door (Special Needs Ministry), Feed My Starving Children, and teaching Sunday School. Though they recently said goodbye to their beloved 13-year-old pug, Leonard, their home remains full of love and laughter.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys saltwater fishing, health and fitness, and making cherished memories with his family. His dedication to faith, family, and community mirrors his commitment to excellence in every project he leads.
