Since joining Pogue in 2010, Roby has grown alongside the company, bringing continuity, insight, and leadership across every phase of the construction process. With a career that began in the field, he brings a hands-on understanding that bridges the gap between preconstruction planning and project execution. Roby provides strategic oversight for approximately two-thirds of the company’s operations, making his role instrumental to Pogue’s continued excellence in both project delivery and client satisfaction. His ability to lead large teams and coordinate across departments ensures a consistent, high-performing approach on projects from concept to completion. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.S. in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration.
