Shane Williams

VP of Business Development

A proud native of Crowville, Louisiana, Shane Williams has built a distinguished 22-year career in construction management after earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Pogue Construction, where he plays a key role in cultivating strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships across Texas’ rapidly growing education and construction sectors. Known for his collaborative leadership and industry insight, Shane works closely with school districts, architects, and community leaders to help deliver projects that positively impact the communities Pogue serves. In recognition of his leadership and representation of the firm, Shane was honored with the Pogue Construction Company Image Award in 2023.

 

Beyond his work at Pogue, Shane is actively engaged in community and industry leadership. He serves as Executive Vice President of Governance for the Prosper Education Foundation, supporting initiatives that benefit students and educators across Prosper ISD. He is also a member of the Fast Growth School Coalition, where he collaborates with regional leaders addressing the opportunities and challenges facing some of the fastest-growing school districts in Texas. Shane remains closely connected to his alma mater as well, serving on the Industry Advisory Council for the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s School of Construction Management, helping guide curriculum and mentor the next generation of construction professionals.

 

Shane and his wife of 16 years, Lindsay, live in Prosper, Texas, where they are active members of Rock Creek Church. They are the proud parents of four children—Kalee, Anna, Kolton, and Kai. Kalee is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and Anna will graduate from Louisiana State University in May. Outside of work, Shane enjoys cheering on LSU athletics, running half marathons, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
