Pogue Construction’s Role as CMAR
As CMAR, Pogue managed preconstruction planning, phased bid packages, and cost control to maintain the guaranteed maximum price. Our team implemented value engineering and leveraged drone technology for site mapping and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the build. Despite tight timelines and supply chain challenges, Pogue delivered the project on schedule for Fall 2025.
Impact on the Community
Richland High eases overcrowding at Prosper High and offers state-of-the-art academic, fine arts, and athletic facilities. Superintendent Holly Ferguson called the opening a “monumental moment,” reflecting the district’s commitment to “providing outstanding educational opportunities.”
