Aubrey ISD – Additions and Renovation Early Bid Package

Narrative: The Aubrey High School Additions and Renovations project consists of five (5) additions to the existing Aubrey High School. The overall square footage of additions is approximately 150,000 SF along with interior renovations adjacent to the additions, as well as other areas. Currently, we are seeking proposals for furnishing of mechanical equipment and electrical switch gear only. Bid packs for these scopes are forthcoming.

City of Plano – Fire Station #5 Early Package

Narrative: City of Plano Station #5 is a renovation and addition to the existing Fire Station on West Park Blvd. Building is 13,700+/- square feet. We will be renovating the inside of the existing station for new dorms, restrooms, offices and laundry areas as well as modifications to the existing Apparatus Bays. The addition will include a new kitchen, dayroom, fitness room, main entry, 2 addition Apparatus Bays and support areas. Project is currently scheduled to start construction in December 2023 and be completed December 2024.

Please note that we are only seeking proposals at this time for the Commercial Range (Bid Package 11D), HAVC RTU’s (Bid Package 23 B) and Electrical Generator, ATS, Switch Gear (Bid Package 26B).

Sanger ISD – New Sanger High School & Field House

The “Work” is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to new elementary campus, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work.

Notice to All Bidders:

There has been a schedule revision for bidding of the Aubrey ES #4 project. The June 6, 2023 bid date will consist of only the following scopes of work: building concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, playground, elevators, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and fire alarm.

Pogue is expecting more complete documents for the Foodservice Equipment and Electrical scopes of work on Wednesday (6/7). Those two trades will then subsequently bid on Tuesday (6/13).
