Gateway Frisco Expansion Underway

Ben Pogue, President and CEO, of Pogue Construction, speaks at the Gateway Frisco Expansion Groundbreaking in April 2021. The new expansion will feature a state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of 1,200. New classrooms and offices for church staff are also being added. The additional space will give Gateway Frisco room to grow over the next few years.

Prosper’s Children Health Stadium Awarded Best Project

Children’s Health Stadium in Prosper ISD has been awarded a 2020 Best Project in the Sports and Entertainment category by ENR Texas & Louisiana. Pogue Construction ranks #5 on Dallas Business Journal’s 2020 List of North Texas General Contractors, moving up two places from last year. The top North Texas General Contractors are

ranked on revenue. Pogue’s 2019 revenue was $630 million, which was a 38% increase from the prior year.

Former Steering Committee Members Tour New Henderson Middle School

A tour Tuesday let members of a 2013 bond steering committee take a look at progress of the new Henderson Middle School a year after construction began and two years since voters approved the $27 million spending proposal.

“This is going to be awesome,” superintendent Keith Boles told the 20 or so people on the tour.

Light Farms Elementary Progress Report

While it may be affecting our moods (like, bad), this winter weather sure isn’t putting a damper on the construction progress of Light Farms Elementary. It’s crazy how much difference a month makes – from the photo above you can tell how much progress the crew has made just in the past few weeks. And don’t forget, enrollment begins later this Spring and doors will be open this August! It’ll be here in no time, so start sharpening those pencils…

Unless you are on-site like we are every day, it’s hard to tell just how far our new elementary school is coming along. Thankfully you have us to keep you posted…and to take aerial shots of the progress. As you can tell by this photo, it’s progress with a capital P! And thank goodness, because the inaugural school year starts this August (enrolling later this spring). Gold stars to the construction crews!
