Narrative: The East Louisiana Parking Lot is a new parking lot facility to be located on a site at 400 E. Louisiana Street. The parking lot will contain approximately 205 spaces on two lots and site amenities on approximately 2.95 acres. See Section 7 for an overview of the ELPL site. The East Louisiana Parking Lot project will have drive lanes; parking spaces, including accessible spaces; sidewalks and ramps; landscaping and irrigation; electrical and light standards; and various utilities. Site work will include the required on-site extension of required utilities. See Section 1.4 for a detailed list of potential amenities. Design is currently complete for the ELPL and construction will occur in a single phase.

Narrative: The work comprises the construction of Eagle Mountain High School for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District, Fort Worth, Texas, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Narrative: The Project consists of the renovation of a portion, (+/-11,683 sf), of a +/-29,857 GSF facility for the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Lewisville, Texas. The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw New Lake Country School project consists of the construction of a new 77,200 s.f. Elementary School in Fort Worth. Project Scope includes Site Work, Landscaping, Civil, Structural and Technology for the construction of a new ground-up Elementary School. This project is a CSP bid and proposals are due back to Pogue no later than 2:00PM on May 5, 2020. RFIs are due by April 24 at end of day to allow for processing.

General Construction of a new youth building with a 45,187 s.f. footprint, with exterior
composition of brick, EIFS, tilt-up concrete, metal wall panels, aluminum storefront, and standing seam and TPO roofing, and providing an auditorium, worship/gymnasium spaces, offices, classrooms, and auxiliary support spaces, located in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Contract will be a single general construction contract for construction of Phase 02 construction at Melissa High School approximately 65,000 gross square feet.The work includes expansion of the existing Fine Arts building to provide spaces for Choir, Percussion, Theatre, Scene Shop and associated support spaces such as offices and storage. Two art rooms will be added and will share a paint booth and storage room. A large part of the Fine Arts Building scope will include the addition of a 1,000 seat Auditorium with full fly loft, lobby, control rooms and back of house support spaces such as dressing rooms and storage spaces. The existing Student Union Building will be expanded to provide additional seating for 150 students. The seating expansion will result in the relocation of an existing chair storage and renovation of an existing coffee bar. The existing Athletics building will add a second practice gym to its footprint with telescoping seating, gym storage, and public restrooms. Boys basketball locker rooms, showers, and Coach’s office will be added. Phase 02 will also include associated site improvements for these additions as well as student and staff parking as required.
