Narrative: Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for Aubrey ISD New Elementary School #4. The Project is composed of ​​a new elementary campus​​ and related site​​ work located in ​​Aubrey, Texas​​. The “Work” is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to new elementary campus, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work.

Note: The following trades were bid with Early Packages: RTUs, Electrical Switchgear, Site Concrete, Earthwork, SWPPP, Site Requirements, Pavement Markings, Fences/Gates, and Site Utilities.

Notice to All Bidders:

 There has been a schedule revision for bidding of the Aubrey ES #4 project.  The June 6, 2023 bid date will consist of only the following scopes of work: building concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, playground, elevators, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and fire alarm.

 Pogue is expecting more complete documents for the Foodservice Equipment and Electrical scopes of work on Wednesday (6/7).  Those two trades will then subsequently bid on Tuesday (6/13).

 All other scopes of work not noted above will bid at a date to be determined in mid-July once more complete documents are available.  Sorry about any inconvenience.  We appreciate your partnership and look forward to your participation on this project.
