Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. The City of Plano, Davis Library and JUF Renovation project is a renovation of the existing library and a portion of the Joint Use Facility. The renovations includes exterior and interior demolition, repaired paving/sidewalks, additional foundation and slab work, steel reinforcement at new RTU locations, new millwork, replacement of the roof, new openings, a revised room layout including all new finishes, specialties, and fire suppression/MEP/low voltage modifications.

A Post Bid Addendum has been issued, please get pricing back on 2/15.
