The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw New Lake Country School project consists of the construction of a new 77,200 s.f. Elementary School in Fort Worth. Project Scope includes Site Work, Landscaping, Civil, Structural and Technology for the construction of a new ground-up Elementary School. This project is a CSP bid and proposals are due back to Pogue no later than 2:00PM on May 5, 2020. RFIs are due by April 24 at end of day to allow for processing.

Pre-proposal conference info: A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 10:00am local time, with representatives of the Owner, Architect, and Engineer available to address proposal document issues with potential proposers.
