The Project consists of a new 2-story stand-alone building for Raines HS and additional portables for Katy Independent School District, Katy, Texas, as shown on the Contract documents prepared by Stantec, dated October 19, 2020. Portables are phase 1 scope. The Work consists of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Landscaping, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
