Narrative: Pogue Construction is the CM@R for the New Elementary School #7 to be constructed near the Lake Creek High School in Montgomery ISD. Pogue Construction is requesting bids on behalf of the Montgomery ISD for the purchase, shop drawings, submittals, and delivery of the Generators and ATS for the New Elementary School. The remaining packages for this project will be issued at a later date. Proposals from interested parties should be submitted to bid@pogueconstruction.com on or before December 14, 2022 @ 2:00 PM. Any and all questions should be directed to Dennis Naylor at bid@pogueconstruction.com or Blake Edwards at bedwards@pogueconstruction.com. There is to be no contact with the district or the design team at this time.
