This project consists of the construction of a new ground up field house, auditorium renovations, classroom renovations and library renovations. It consists of a new 8,620 SF slab on grade field house, Renovations to  10,934 SF of classrooms, 11,879 SF of Auditorium space and 8,583 SF of Library space. Site development shall consist of additional roads, parking, and landscaping. This project also includes the upgrading and replacement of the PA system and Fire Alarm system throughout the approximately 504,123 SF school. The project will consist of 3 phases. Please refer to the Pogue Construction Timeline for phasing information. This is a CM@R project located in Justin, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.
