Narrative: Project is a three-story, 128,738 square foot Public Storage facility located on the west side of I-45 in Conroe;  physical address is 235 I-45N, Conroe, TX 77304.  Foundations are cast-in -place concrete and superstructure is Cold-formed Metal Framing.  Skin is a combination of Split-faced Block and EIFS with a flat TPO Roof.  Vertical transportation is three Hydraulic Elevators.
