Narrative – The Project consists of a band hall addition and drama area interior renovation. All work or portions of work necessary to provide a complete in-place, weather tight, structural sound facility as represented in the Drawings and Specifications, including, but not limited to, architectural and structural building components & associated equipment, architectural finishes, mechanical equipment and ducting, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical equipment and fixtures, fire alarm, security and communications.
