The Project consists of the Construction of a New two story Elementary School building with associated parking and drives for Willis Independent School District, Willis, Texas. Project  also includes off-site utilities extensions as indicated on civil drawings that are part of this project. All work or portions of work necessary to provide a complete in-place, weather tight, structural sound facility as represented in the Drawings and Specifications, including, but not limited to, architectural and structural building components & associated equipment, architectural finishes, mechanical equipment and ducting, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical equipment and fixtures, fire alarm, security and communications.
