Narrative: The East Louisiana Parking Lot is a new parking lot facility to be located on a site at 400 E. Louisiana Street. The parking lot will contain approximately 205 spaces on two lots and site amenities on approximately 2.95 acres. See Section 7 for an overview of the ELPL site. The East Louisiana Parking Lot project will have drive lanes; parking spaces, including accessible spaces; sidewalks and ramps; landscaping and irrigation; electrical and light standards; and various utilities. Site work will include the required on-site extension of required utilities. See Section 1.4 for a detailed list of potential amenities. Design is currently complete for the ELPL and construction will occur in a single phase.
