Birmingham and Akin Elementary Schools: This project is a renovation to the front entries of the listed elementary schools. The front entries shall be reconfigured with new drive lanes and sidewalks. Alternates for the elementary schools that shall be presented are adding exterior canopies, renovating the administration spaces, and providing new flooring for the dining area.

Wylie High School: This project is a renovation of the third floor science labs for the high school. The existing space will be renovated for new workstations with refreshed flooring, ceiling, and walls.

These new MAC’s will be built on existing practice fields at each campus and will require varying degrees of site modification. Each MAC will consist of a two-story PEMB (20,140 SF footprint) with a 13,000 SF mezzanine. The first floor is completely finished out with Meeting Rooms, Offices, a Training Room, a Weight Room, Locker Rooms, Restrooms, etc. while the second floor is shell space. These are CM@R projects located in Mansfield and Arlington, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.

Mansfield HS Renovations – Bid Day August 9 at 2:00PM

Location: Four (4) High School Campuses (Lake Ridge, Legacy, Mansfield & Timberview)

These renovations vary in scope between the four campuses including some minor sitework. The HVAC Controls work and Voice/Data work will have to be done at night throughout the year. The remaining work will be done next summer. These are CM@R projects located in Mansfield and Arlington, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.

The Plano Police Substation (McDermott and Robinson) project is a new 2-story; 23,142 square foot facility with associated site work & yard for the City of Plano, TX.  The new facilities exterior design is a mixture of brick and stone with aluminum framing. All glazing will be E-Coated. This project will also include an ICC 500 Storm Shelter.

The ESC Region 10 project consists of an approx. 31,400 sf renovation of a two story existing conference center building and an addition of a 6,900 sf atrium building connecting the existing structures. This is a CM@R project located in Richardson, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor. Bid forms will be released approximately one week prior to the bid date.

Pogue Construction as Construction Manager at Risk will receive bids for construction subcontracts for the Prosper ISD High School #2 until April 26th, 2018 at 2:00 PM. All bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and include with them the appropriate bid packages and proposal forms. Pogue Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means when in the best interests of Prosper ISD and Pogue Construction.

No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
