Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor on this project. The High Point North Maintenance Facility project is a new, 22,000 SF facility for the City of Plano. The building will provide work shop space and offices for the Parks and Recreation department. Outside the building will be a fenced in area for storage of city vehicles and material storage.

The Lewisville ISD Marcus High School Hail Damage Roof Repair 2019 Project is a replacement of the remaining damaged roofs at Marcus High School located in Flower Mound, Texas. The project consists of removal of the damaged flat roofs and standing seam metal roofs with replacement in kind. In addition, roof top Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems will need to be removed and reinstalled to accommodate the replacement roofing system. Replacement of curbs, condensate lines, gas lines, and other MEP systems may be required.
