Narrative: This bid is for a new ground-up 98,000 sq ft Early Childhood Center and associated site work. Please note, the structural steel and erection scope of work were bid with Package 1. Electrical and Roofing proposers should pay specific attention to material already purchased as outlined in the respective bid packages. Bid packages will be issued no later than close of business on 5/24/22. Proposals submitted without completion of the bid form are subject to rejection. Deadline for questions related to this project is 5/19/22.

Narrative: Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this Project. The project consists renovations to the corridors, classrooms, cafeteria, and kitchen.

Klein ISD – 2022 Athletic Improvements

Narrative:

1. The scope of the project includes resurfacing six intermediate schools (Klein, Doerre,Ulrich, Krimmel, Strack, Schindewolf) and four high schools (Klein HS, Klein Forest, Klein Collins, and Klein Oak). These locations also have varying requirements for practice walls, basketball, pickleball, etc. depending on the campus. The other scope includes interior renovations of natatoriums at the four high schools (Klein HS, Klein Forest, Klein Collins, and Klein Oak). This work will consist of pool replastering, pool deck resurfacing, lighting replacement, ductwork replacement, and new paint. Additionally, the Jumbotron will be replaced at Klein Memorial Stadium keeping the existing “Butch Theiss” sign intact.
2. This project will include mechanical and electrical upgrades in the natatorium at four existing high schools.
