Stadium renovation project that includes new track, field events and turf football field including new bleachers (with pressbox) and stadium lighting. Grass practice field to also be included in construction as well as a new concession building (1405 sf) and renovations of an existing field house (1446 sf). Site work includes demolition of nearly all existing structures as well as construction of new parking, drives, and sidewalks. New fencing also designed throughout project.

This CSP will consist of two Prosper Elementary Schools similar to Elementary School #8 and #9.
The prototype description will be as follows: new one-story; 93,832 square foot facilities with associated site work for the Prosper Independent School District. One project will include an ICC 500 storm shelter in the gymnasium, and all work in the gymnasium must include storm shelter provisions.

The Mansfield ISD Playground Renovations project consists of upgrades to the playground areas on 28 school campuses. Twenty-two of the schools will have upgrades to two (2) playground areas while the remaining six will only have 1 playground area upgraded. The following scopes of work are involved in this project, but may not affect all playgrounds:

Proposals are for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work required for Irvin Replacement Elementary School for Midlothian ISD, and in compliance with the project manual and drawings, and other contract documents, as prepared by Huckabee.

The Midlothian ISD Athletic Complex is a new facility for the district’s baseball, softball, and tennis programs. The project consists of a new fieldhouse, baseball and softball fields, and tennis courts that replace the former Don Floyd Stadium. The 12,000 SF Fieldhouse will provide locker and shower facilities for athletes, coaches, and officials, as well as a new concessions stand and restrooms for spectators. This is a CM@R project located in Midlothian, TX, and Pogue is the selected general contractor.
