This project consists of renovations to existing facilities and a two story 50, 000 SF Addition to Stuart Career Tech High School in Baytown, TX. The building addition contains additional classrooms, labs, office, as well as a media center and AV Studio.
Prebid Information: Pogue Construction will be holding an onsite Prebid Meeting for the Stuart Career Technical High School Phase 4 project on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM. The Prebid will start at the SCTHS West Building located at 302 YMCA Drive, Baytown, Texas 77521.
The East Building will include a new, 2 story, 43,000 SF +/-, Addition and a 5,000 SF +/- renovation of the Classroom Area with the West Building having a 3,400 SF +/- renovation of the Administration Suite. Scopes of work consists of new Classrooms, Labs, restrooms, offices, associated ancillary spaces, parking, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and other work as described in the Construction Documents.
Demolition & Communication vendors are highly encouraged to attend. Please be sure to have proper PPE and maintain appropriate distancing

This project consists construction of a new two-story municipal center for the City of Princeton Texas. The building is to include office space for the City’s police department, city hall, and municipal courts, as well as a new council chamber. The police department portion of the building contains a storm shelter with an emergency operations center. Sitework includes new parking lots, both public and secured, with sidewalks, paving, and landscaping, as well as a civic plaza to tie in with a future park located on the adjacent property.

Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. The City of Plano, Davis Library and JUF Renovation project is a renovation of the existing library and a portion of the Joint Use Facility. The renovations includes exterior and interior demolition, repaired paving/sidewalks, additional foundation and slab work, steel reinforcement at new RTU locations, new millwork, replacement of the roof, new openings, a revised room layout including all new finishes, specialties, and fire suppression/MEP/low voltage modifications.

The Melissa ISD Willow Wood Elementary School project consists of a new 77,800 SF Elementary School in Melissa, TX. Part of the elementary school will serve as a 7,500 SF ICC 500 rated Storm Shelter. The project will include all trades required for the construction of the building and associated site work – including and is not limited to: Concrete, Drywall, Structural Steel, Earthwork, Utilities and Electrical/Mechanical trades. This project is a Competitive Sealed Proposal bid (CSP) and proposals are due to Pogue Construction no later than 2:00 PM on July 7th, 2020. Any questions must be submitted as an RFI no later than June 29th, 2020, in order to be addressed prior to the bid.
A Pre-Bid Conference will occur on Tuesday, June 16th at 2:00 PM. The location of the conference is 1904 Cooper Street, Melissa, TX 75454. A site walk shall follow. It is highly encouraged for bidders to attend this conference to have the design team address issues and concerns with proposers.
