This project consists of the construction of a new ground up field house, auditorium renovations, classroom renovations and library renovations. It consists of a new 8,620 SF slab on grade field house, Renovations to  10,934 SF of classrooms, 11,879 SF of Auditorium space and 8,583 SF of Library space. Site development shall consist of additional roads, parking, and landscaping. This project also includes the upgrading and replacement of the PA system and Fire Alarm system throughout the approximately 504,123 SF school. The project will consist of 3 phases. Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this project. The Plano Highpoint Tennis Center project is a new 7,500 SF, two-story, wood framed tennis pro shop and relocated tennis court.  The existing tennis pro shop and a tennis court will be demolished to accommodate the new facility.  A new parking lot with deceleration lanes will be included as well.

The Arlington ISD Wood Elementary Fire Alarm Replacement project is a Complete replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System in a 91,000 Sq Ft existing building. Project Scope includes demo of existing, rough in for new, and a new code minimum fire alarm system. The work will need to take place after hours during the school year or during the summer.

The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Copper Creek Elementary School project consists of the construction of a new 77,200 s.f. Elementary School in Fort Worth. This project is a CSP bid and proposals are due back to Pogue no later than 2:00PM on Wednesday January 23rd. RFIs are due by January 16^th at end of day to allow for processing.
